Good to know
- We are open around the clock. If you are coming at night, message us on WhatsApp in advance so a therapist is ready.
- Massage treatments are for ages 16 and over. Children may use the hammam section accompanied by a parent.
- Please tell us in advance about pregnancy, heart or blood pressure conditions, or recent surgery — we will adapt the programme to you.
- Cancellation is free up to 3 hours before your session.
- Cash, credit card and bank transfer accepted.

How do I find out the price?
Message us on WhatsApp or call: tell us how many of you there are and which treatment you have in mind, and we will quote you within a minute. The figure we give is the total — peshtemal, towel, slippers, locker, kese, sauna and refreshments are all included.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, from 6 people upward we apply a per-person discount. Message us on WhatsApp with your group size and we will send you the price straight away.
When do I pay?
At the facility after your session. We do not ask for a deposit to book; we only take a deposit for private events such as a bridal hammam.
Can I change package during the session?
Yes. If you decide you want a massage while you are being scrubbed, you can move up to a higher package by paying the difference — we arrange it the same day if the schedule allows.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
We do. We prepare vouchers valid for 6 months for all packages; they are a popular choice for birthdays and anniversaries. Just ask on WhatsApp.
