Good to know
What should I bring?
Just yourself. Peshtemal, towel, slippers, shampoo and a lockable locker are all provided. You're welcome to bring your own swimwear; whether you wear swimwear or underwear in the hammam is entirely your choice.
Are there separate sessions for women and men?
Yes. Separate time slots run through the day for female and male guests, and we have a private section for couples and families. Female guests are always attended by female staff.
Are you really open 24/7?
Yes. We are open every day, day and night. If you plan to come during the night, please message us on WhatsApp beforehand so we can have a therapist ready and you are not left waiting at the door.
Can children come?
Children over 6 may use the hammam section accompanied by a parent. Massage treatments are for ages 16 and over. Ask us about the family package.
Do I need to book?
Not strictly, but we strongly recommend it. Between 17:00 and 21:00 we're busy; message us on WhatsApp and we'll take you straight in.
Do your staff speak my language?
Yes. We have Russian- and English-speaking therapists; for German, let us know in advance and we'll schedule the right person for that hour. Just mention your preferred language when booking.
How can I pay?
Cash (₺, € and $), credit card and bank transfer. Payment is taken at the end of your session — we don't ask for a deposit to book. Payment is taken in Turkish Lira; foreign currency is converted at the day's rate.
What if I'm pregnant or have a health condition?
Please tell us in advance about pregnancy, heart or blood pressure conditions, recent surgery or skin conditions. We'll choose a suitable treatment together and, if needed, keep to the warm room and a gentle massage.
